Yinergy is more than acupuncture.

Our Mission

At Yinergy, we bring the time-tested principles of traditional Chinese medicine to the modern human. In a world that rewards constant productivity (yang ), we make space for yin —the slow, receptive, feminine energy our bodies were designed to honor. Our care blends seamlessly with conventional medicine or works beautifully as a stand-alone treatment— creating the conditions for the body to do what it was intelligently designed to do: heal itself.

A specialized resource for fertility and holistic well-being, grounded in the careful selection and application of Traditional Chinese Medicine practices.

Why Yinergy?

A white plate with various Traditional Chinese dried herbs and roots on a wooden table, with other containers of herbs nearby.

In our fast-paced, overstimulated modern lives, many of us exist in a near-constant state of “fight or flight,” leading to burnout, chronic stress, and imbalance. Acupuncture supports the body’s natural rhythms—improving blood flow, calming the nervous system, and helping us respond to stress with greater ease.

Yinergy is an acupuncture center rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, attuned to the needs of the modern woman—and man. Our bodies were not designed for constant activation, and our work focuses on helping the nervous system shift into parasympathetic rest—the “rest and digest” state where true restoration can occur.

While patients often seek support for fertility, hormonal cycles, menopause, digestion, or sleep, our care goes beyond symptom relief. We guide people back to themselves—helping them move with presence, ease, and joy, and live in alignment with their natural rhythms and innate wisdom.

Approach and values

  • Patient-centered: We listen closely and tailor care to each woman’s medical history, fertility goals, and personal preferences.

  • Evidence-informed: We apply clinical best practices from TCM and acupuncture while considering current research on modern ailments.

  • Holistic: Treatment addresses physical symptoms, emotional well-being, lifestyle factors, and energetic balance to create a supportive environment for conception.

  • Collaborative: We work respectfully alongside OB/GYNs, reproductive endocrinologists, and other specialists to support coordinated, safe care.

  • Respectful and inclusive: We recognize varied family-building paths and provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care to all patients seeking fertility support.

Founder and Acupuncturist | Specialized in menstrual regulation, fertility, and pregnancy

As a young adult studying business at the University of Minnesota, I was a hormonal mess — dealing with fatigue, acne, and brain fog — and I felt an overwhelming lack of direction. After trying every supplement in hopes of finding relief, I finally booked an acupuncture appointment. After that very first treatment, I experienced a sense of calm and curiosity that felt completely foreign but deeply right. I started reading everything I could about acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine — and the rest was history.

I graduated as quickly as I could and went straight into acupuncture graduate school. During those four years, the idea of opening my own practice — one focused on women’s health and fertility — kept growing stronger. With a leap of faith, and the support of my business background, my husband, and my brother, I decided to make that vision a reality and open my own practice right outside of Minneapolis.
