Payment
All appointments require a card on file. Please know that your appointment time is blocked off for just you. Appointments that are cancelled within the 24-hour late cancellation window are subject to 50% of the appointment fee. Appointments that are no-showed are subject to the full fee.
FSA/HSA
We accept both HSA and FSA cards.
Insurance Reimbursement
We are NOT in network with insurance. If your insurance plan covers acupuncture, please reach out about our insurance reimbursement process. In this process, the patient must pay up front, but the practitioner will provide all information necessary for reimbursement from your insurance company. This is a relatively straightforward process.

Yinergy Acupuncture LLC is located in Golden Valley, just west of downtown Minneapolis, with convenient access from major highways.
From Highway 55:
Take the exit toward Golden Valley and follow local roads toward the clinic’s address. Highway 55 provides the most direct access for visitors coming from Minneapolis or the western suburbs.From I-394:
Exit toward Golden Valley and continue on surface streets to the clinic. This route is convenient for those arriving from downtown Minneapolis or the southwest metro.From Highway 100:
Exit toward Golden Valley and follow signs or GPS directions to the clinic’s address.
Parking is free and easy! We have a free parking lot with plenty of parking spaces.

First Appointment Information
The first appointment is 75 minutes long for intake questions, followed by your first initial session of acupuncture.
Follow-up appointments are between 45 and 55 minutes, depending on need. Appointments at Yinergy can include acupuncture, cupping, and suggested herbs to take at home.
What to wear: loose and comfortable clothing
Before your appointment: it’s best to come a few minutes early, and not on an empty stomach
How to make the most of your appointment: after the appointment, you may feel tired and relaxed. Avoid engaging in high intensity workouts directly after to allow the parasympathetic nervous system shift to stay a while.
