Your initial appointment begins with a 30-minute intake, followed by your first acupuncture treatment. Using the “ten questions” (Shi Wen), along with pulse and tongue assessment, we explore your health and uncover the body’s underlying patterns of imbalance.
Treatment is tailored to your unique pattern. Acupuncture points are gently needled, heat therapy is used when indicated, and a 30-minute period of quiet rest allows the body to respond—many patients drift into sleep during this time.
When appropriate, a brief report and treatment plan are provided, offering guidance on lifestyle, food, and herbal support—all designed to work with the body’s innate intelligence to restore balance and vitality.
Follow-up Acupuncture
45-50mins | $95
Follow-ups begin with a brief check-in and pulse and tongue assessment, followed by 30 minutes of acupuncture and quiet rest. Each session supports the body’s innate intelligence, leaving most patients feeling deeply relaxed and balanced.
Breech baby Acupuncture + Moxibustion
50-60 mins | $120
Breech baby acupuncture combines gentle needling with moxibustion to encourage optimal fetal positioning. You’ll be comfortably supported—either propped on a pregnancy table or lying on your side—while needles are placed and moxibustion is applied. A period of quiet rest follows, allowing the body to respond. Care is gentle, tailored, and rooted in the body’s innate intelligence, supporting both mother and baby with calm and intention.
Labor Preparation Acupuncture
45-50mins | $120
Labor prep acupuncture supports the body’s natural readiness for birth. Gentle needling helps ripen the cervix, improve blood flow, and relax the mind—allowing the body’s innate wisdom to guide labor. This care is about easing tension and getting out of the way, rather than forcing progress, so mother and baby can move into birth with calm, balance, and ease.
On-site Embryo Transfer Acupuncture
